temperature control medium. The
temperature control device can independently control at least
two temperature control regions of the crystallization box divided in the longitudinal direction, so as to realize precise partition temperature control. The control method adopts a cyclic step logic based on the partition structure, sets a cycle variable M, adjusts the Mth temperature control region to the arsenic vapor
crystallization temperature, keeps the remaining regions at the vapor flow temperature, and cyclically switches until the crystallization of all regions is completed. The application realizes directional layered crystallization of arsenic vapor, effectively improves the crystallization efficiency and purity, reduces manual intervention through automatic cyclic control, guarantees the consistency of the crystallization quality, and is suitable for efficient and precise arsenic vapor crystallization production scenes.
