The invention relates to the technical field of backlight of a white-light LED, in particular to a high-
gamut fluorescent
powder combination. The fluorescent
powder combination comprises red-light fluorescent
powder, green-light fluorescent powder and yellow-light fluorescent powder in
mass ratio of (1-4):(0.5-2):(0.5-2), wherein the red-light fluorescent powder is
potassium fluorogermanate, and the yellow-light fluorescent powder is
silicate. The invention also provides the white-light LED. The white-light LED comprises fluorescent glue obtained by combining the above fluorescent powder. The invention further comprises a fabrication method of the white-light LED. The fabrication method comprises the following steps of weighing the above red-light fluorescent powder, the green-light fluorescent powder and the yellow-light fluorescent powder in
mass ratio of (1-4):(0.5-2):(0.5-2), mixing the above fluorescent powder with a
colloid to obtain the fluorescent glue, and further fabricating to obtain the required white-light LED by adopting the fluorescent glue. By the high-
gamut fluorescent powder combination and the fabrication method of the white-light LED, a high-
gamut white-light LED can be obtained, has the advantages of relatively
high color saturation and is more realistic.
