machine tool protective cover. The drive mechanism drives the forming substrate to move synchronously through the substrate support structure, achieving relative movement between the substrate and the additive deposition head. This invention's apparatus effectively reduces
residual stress in the formed component during manufacturing by synergistically controlling the
molten pool solidification process and
temperature gradient using dual beams, thereby reducing the tendency for material
cracking and significantly improving
processing accuracy and forming efficiency. By adjusting process parameters, customized
