The invention relates to a halogen-free flame retardant PES (Polyether Sulfone) natural color hot melt adhesive and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of environment friendliness of flame retardant hot melt adhesives. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: with a PES hot melt adhesive as matrix resin, with an intumescent flame retardant system consisting of ammonium polyphosphate, pentaerythritol and melamine as an intumescent flame retardant as well as with a 4A molecular sieve as a synergist, uniformly mixing the intumescent flame retardant with the synergist and then uniformly mixing with the PES hot melt adhesive to obtain a mixed material; extruding and granulating the mixed material by using twin screws; and carrying out injection molding and forming by using an injection molding machine to obtain the halogen-free flame retardant PES natural color hot melt adhesive. The halogen-free flame retardant PES natural color hot melt adhesive prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high flame retardant efficiency, low smoke generation amount, few drops, favorable compatibility and favorable processing performance and forming performance of the adhesive film; and the halogen-free flame retardant PES natural color hot melt adhesive is suitable for fields of fire safety protection and preparation of conducting fabric as a shielding material for electronic apparatuses, clothing industry, traffic communication, and the like.
