The invention discloses an oil
injector for parameter test in a cylinder of a
diesel engine and a
machining method thereof. A lead channel can be provided for a cylinder parameter test sensor under the condition that oil is injected into an engine cylinder normally, and the lead channel is formed by combining three sections of through holes in a
needle valve body, a transition block and an oil
injector body. A modified part comprises the oil
injector body, the transition block and the
needle valve body, and channels for a sensor or a lead to pass through are arranged on the corresponding positions of the oil injector body, the transition block and the
needle valve body in a machined mode, so that a sensor lead can be introduced out of an oil injector
assembly from the head of the needle valve body, a through hole of the needle valve body, a through hole of the transition block, and a through hole of the oil injector body. By the adoption of the structure, the lead channel can be provided for the tests such as the temperature of the ball head part of the injector needle valve body when the engine works, the gas temperature in the air cylinder, and the
gas pressure in the air cylinder. The internal lead of the oil injector is adopted, so that any change to other parts of the engine is made, and one oil injector for test can be used for multiple times.
