The application relates to an
experimental system and method for collecting life degradation data of a conductive
slip ring, which comprises a
slip ring assembly, a drive
system, a current-carrying loop and a
vibration sensor. The
slip ring assembly comprises a conductive slip ring, a slip ring fixing clamp and a slip ring transmission shaft. Each ring channel of the conductive slip ring is short-circuited in pairs through a wire on the side of the shaft to form a rotating
closed loop circuit. The drive
system comprises a
servo motor, a first
coupling and a second
coupling. The
servo motor drives a
torque sensor fixed in a sensor clamp through the second
coupling and transmits rotating power to the slip ring transmission shaft through the first coupling to drive the conductive slip ring to rotate. In the current-carrying loop, a direct-current power supply is used to supply power to the overall loop structure to form a plurality of independent test branches, and each test
branch is connected in correspondence with the short-circuit ring channel of the conductive slip ring. The
vibration sensor is used to collect the vibration
signal of the conductive slip ring. The
data acquisition unit is used for synchronously collecting and storing experimental data. The experimental bench is used for bearing the above components.
