The invention provides a fine fraction flotation
machine with an inflation
system and a using method of the fine fraction flotation
machine. The fine fraction flotation
machine comprises a groove body, a foam groove, a scraper component, an ore pulp annular
pipe, an air annular
pipe, a plurality of inflator assemblies and a tailing box. The ore pulp ring
pipe and the air ring pipe are concentrically arranged at the top of the tank body, and the inflator assemblies are evenly arranged along the ore pulp ring pipe and used for fully mixing ore pulp and air in a pipeline and shearing the mixture to form fine bubbles, and then the fine bubbles are evenly sprayed into the cross section of the tank body through the
branch pipes. No mechanical stirring exists in the tank body, turbulent flow is rapidly weakened after mixed fluid enters the tank body, and efficient static separation of mineralized bubbles and
gangue minerals is achieved. The
collision probability and the
recovery rate of fine-grain minerals can be remarkably improved,
gangue entrainment is effectively restrained, the concentrate grade is guaranteed, the inflation amount is adjustable, the structure is simple, operation is stable, and the flotation device is suitable for flotation operation of the high-concentration fine-grain minerals.
