The invention discloses a manual-intelligent double-mode separation and reunion control system. The control system mainly comprises a clutch mechanical assembly, a manual control clutch device, an intelligent control clutch device and a control unit. A corresponding control method is established according to the control system. The control method comprises the steps that after an automobile is started, a controller obtains signals of a clutch pedal signal sensor, a separation and reunion switch and an automobile speed sensor all the time, and when the signal of a clutch pedal is detected, but the signal of the separation and reunion switch is not detected, it is determined that a clutch operates under manual control, the system adopts a manual mode, and power-on control is not performed on a hydraulic pump and a two-position two-way solenoid valve switch; and when input of the signal of the separation and reunion switch is detected, but the signal of the clutch pedal is not detected, the system adopts an intelligent mode, and power-on control is performed on the hydraulic pump and the two-position two-way solenoid valve switch. The control system can be connected with an original clutch, the man-machine interaction performance is good, driving fatigue of a driver can be effectively relieved, energy is saved, and the traveling safety is guaranteed.
