A quantification method for the bitterness of multi-component traditional Chinese medicine based on molecular bitterness equivalent measurement

The invention aims to provide a quantifying method for bitter degree of a multi-component traditional Chinese medicine based on molecule bitter degree equivalent measurement; the quantifying method can effectively measure bitter degree of the multi-component traditional Chinese medicine, so that bitter degrees of different medicines as well as the medicine bitter taste masking problem are quantified and compared more accurately and objectively; a minimum limit method is adopted, bitterness threshold (BT) concentrations, namely lowest concentration tasted by half of volunteers, of water solutions of standard bitter substances and bitter-taste traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces at 37 DEG C are measured; any standard bitter-taste substance is set, molecular bitter degree equivalentof a to-be-measured medicine is calculated according to a formula of EMBs equal to (Cr / Cs)*EMBr.
