The cooling control system comprises a cooling device and a tracking control device, wherein the tracking control devicecomprises a glass position detection module, a speed detection module, a main control module and a cooling device regulating module; the glass position detection module detects the positions of the two side edges of the glass on the production line and generates jumping signals to be sent to the main control module; the speed detection module detects the moving speed of the glass and generates moving speed signals to be sent to the main control module; the main control module calculates the time intervals of the glass reaching the cooling device according to the moving speed signal, generatesposition regulating signals according to the jumping signals and outputs the position regulating signals to the cooling device regulating module after the time intervals; the cooling device regulating module moves according to the position regulating signals so as to drive the cooling device to correspondingly move. The tracking control device and the cooling control system have the advantages that the automatic tracking on the glass can be realized; the goal that the cooling device automatically swings along with the swinging of the glass is realized; the automation level is improved.
