The invention adopts a technical scheme that: the prepared rubber comprises the following raw materials: 65 percent of nitrile-butadiene rubber, 1 percent of sulfur powder, 3 percent of modified nano zinc oxide, 7 percent of modified ZnO whisker, 0.7 percent of antioxidant 264, 20 percent of carbon black, 1 percent of dioctyl phthalate, 0.8 percent of stearic acid, 0.5 percent of accelerator-DM and 1 percent of accelerator-CZ. The rubber product is finally obtained by the technical processes of plastication, mixing and vulcanization molding of the nitrile-butadiene rubber. The rubber is a multicomponent disperse system with thermodynamic stability and isotropy, is difficult to conglomerate, can remarkably improve the strength and the plasticity of the rubber, and is applied in the industries of oilfield well control, the special mechanical equipment and the chemistry and chemical engineering.

An oil well control device automatically shuts in a well responsive to the removal of a work string (or other removable structure—ball retarding structure) from the device. The device is placed in the well as a section of the well casing. The device provides a pair of bores, one that aligns with the well bore or well casing, the other being a branch flow line containing a ball structure that will close the well if the drill pipe or drill string is removed. While conducting normal well activity (e.g. drilling, work over or the like) the ball retarder (e.g. work string) prevents entry of the ball structure into the main flow channel.
