The invention relates to an oil control guiding device for marine oil and gas blowout. The oil control guiding device comprises an oil control guiding cover, a fixed base, an electromagnetic locking device, a guide rail device, a
blowout preventer and the like. The fixed base is placed in the
seabed in a descending mode, and a clamping disc on the fixed base is quickly clamped on the upper portion of an original ineffective
blowout preventer unit through a hydraulic device. The oil control guiding cover and the
blowout preventer are guided by a guide
rope and placed in the
seabed in a descending mode through a
drill rod or a marine riser, and meanwhile the electromagnetic locking device is powered on through an
underwater battery module installed on the oil control guiding cover. When the oil control guiding cover makes contact with the fixed base, the electromagnetic locking device is powered off, locking plugs are plugged into locking clamping jaws through reset springs, and then the oil control guiding device is installed, injectant connectors are connected with an external injection pipeline, and an
inducer and a
hydrate inhibitor are injected to increase oil receiving amount and prevent generation of
hydrate. When blowout occurs in the
deepwater drilling process, the device can quickly control leaked oil and gas and guide the leaked oil and gas to a sea surface oil receiving ship, when the sea surface oil receiving ship evacuates in emergency due to the severe
sea state, a leakage opening is quickly closed, and therefore environmental
pollution caused by leakage of oil and gas is reduced, and waste of oil and gas resources is reduced.
