The present invention relates to an
exosome-stabilized
skin-improving cosmetic composition comprising a
vitamin complex, which can improve the
structural stability of exosomes. The composition comprises bone spicule,
lactic acid bacteria exosome, and
ceramide in a weight ratio of 0.6:3.0:0.01, the
lactic acid bacteria exosome comprising a substance obtained by culturing
Lactobacillus curvatus GFC-AM5 strain (deposited number KCCM12245P) at 37°C for 20 hours and concentrating it by 40 times or more. In addition, by including a
vitamin complex of two or more selected from the group consisting of
vitamin C or a derivative thereof,
vitamin E or a derivative thereof,
nicotinamide, and
panthenol, oxidation of the
lipid bilayer of the exosome can be inhibited, and the increase in particle size during storage can be reduced. Thereby, the
structural integrity of the exosome can be maintained, thereby preserving the
cell signaling function for a long time, and the stabilized exosome is delivered to the inside of the
skin through the microchannels formed by the bone spicule, thereby effectively exerting a
skin-improving effect.
