piperazine salt. The preparation method mainly comprises the following steps: spin-
coating a chlorphenyl
piperazine salt solution on the
perovskite light
absorption layer, and annealing to obtain the modification layer. According to the chlorphenyl
piperazine salt disclosed by the invention, the grain size of the perovskite thin film can be increased, the
grain boundary is reduced, and the uniformity and compactness of the perovskite thin film are improved; and meanwhile,
ion migration can be inhibited, interface and bulk phase defects can be reduced, interface
energy level arrangement of the perovskite light
absorption layer /
electron transport layer can be optimized, defect auxiliary recombination and non-radiative recombination loss can be reduced, the service life of a film carrier can be prolonged, and the efficiency of a
perovskite solar cell device can be further improved.
