The application discloses arylpiperazine salt compounds, a synthesis method thereof and application thereof in antidepressants, and belongs to the field of
medicinal chemistry. The arylpiperazine salt compounds containing bioactivity are obtained through a plurality of continuous reactions such as N-
alkylation, protection of a group, condensation and deprotection, etc. of arylpiperazine as
raw material. Researches show that the compounds exhibit high
receptor binding of 5-HT 2A R and GABA A Rs. The target points are confirmed through molecular docking, micro-thermal mobility instrument,
surface plasmon resonance,
inositol-
phosphoric acid (IP1) accumulation and
cell membrane
patch clamp, etc.; and the anti-inflammatory activity of the compounds is evaluated by
enzyme-linked immunosorbent
assay, so as to provide a potential
active structure skeleton for development of antidepressants.
