The invention provides a water-based self-drying/quick-drying sand type casting coating and a preparation method thereof, wherein the water-based self-drying/quick-drying sand type casting coating is high in drying speed, little in pollution/pollution-free, safe to use, low in manufacture cost and high in sintering and stripping rate. The preparation method takes natural fireproof materials which are not calcined or electrically molten, such as zircon powder, chromite powder or zirconic composite silicate mineral powder, as basic materials, adopts a normal-temperature cured-type modified macromoleclar polymer as a main normal-temperature self-drying/low-temperature quick-drying binder, takes a quick-drying type silicate binder as a main high-temperature binder, adopts an efficient composite suspension dispersant high in fire-resistant degree and low in hot shrinkage rate and is added with proper amounts of efficient water reducing agents and defoaming agents to prepare a steel-iron casting water-based self-drying/quick-drying coating which is high in content of solid (nonvolatile matter) and low in permeability. The water-based self-drying/quick-drying sand type casting coating is excellent in thixotropy, brushing property and quick-drying function, thereby achieving the aim of saving energy, improving the environment and improving the quality of castings. The invention provides a powdery potassium chloride granulation method taking synthesised urea resin as a binder. The powdery potassium chloride granulation method comprises the following steps: by taking the reaction product, namely urea resin of urea and formaldehyde solution as a powdery potassium chloride binder, slowly and uniformly spraying the urea resin on the mixture of powdery potassium chloride and auxiliary substances to enable the mixture to become spherical fertilizer granules, discharging and then sieving the fertilizer granules with sizes of 2-5mm, feeding the sieved fertilizer granules into a drying system and drying, so as to obtain spherical granules with smooth surfaces and a high hardness. The urea resin binder suspension used in the powdery potassium chloride granulation method provided by the invention is high in binding property and capable of providing a part of controlled-release nitrogen; the spherical granular potassium chloride produced by the synthesised binder is high in strength, smooth in surface, good in moisture absorption resistance, low in production cost, and good in storage, transport, sowing and fertilizing performances; the powdery potassium chloride granulation method is especially suitable for preparation for film-coated controlled-release potassium chloride.

The invention discloses a functional sustained or controlled release fertilizer core based on a bio-based adhesive and a preparation method thereof. The bio-based adhesive is prepared through the steps that a biomass material is subjected to a liquidation reaction, bio-based polyalcohol is prepared, and the bio-based polyalcohol, a chain extender, a cross-linking agent and a curing agent are pre-mixed. The bio-based adhesive is prepared from regenerative biomass resources, dependence on petrification-based raw materials is reduced, good degradability is achieved, and meanwhile the bio-based adhesive is high in adhesive performance, good in heat resistance, high in water resistance, easy to spray and easy to dry. The functional sustained or controlled release fertilizer core prepared basedon the bio-based adhesive is high in granulation rate, large in particle strength, excellent in moisture absorption resistance, high in impact resistance, good in roundness, good in storage and transport performance and especially suitable for a coated sustained or controlled release fertilizer production process, the material fluidifying performance can be improved, the specific area of the fertilizer core is reduced, and the coating cost of controlled-release fertilizer is greatly reduced.
