The cementing agent of the surface layer coating is the mixture of aluminum phosphate and sodium hexametaphosphate, while the cementing agent of the bottom layer coating is the mixture of soluble glass and sodium hexametaphosphate. The components are evenly blended according to the proportion and stand for 3-8 hours to be ready for use. When in use, the bottom layer coating is coated on the surface of a metal die which is preheated to the temperature of 150-300 DEG C; after drying, the surface layer coating is coated on the bottom layer coating, and then liquid die forging is carried out after drying.
