bottle, wherein, cultivation medium is arranged in the
incubator, the outer surface of the
incubator is covered with a plastic thin film, the upper end of the incubator is provided with a sealing board, and the side of the incubator is inserted with a
thermometer; the lower end of the incubator is provided with a through hole which is sealed by a rubber plug, and
glass wool is arranged on the rubber plug; the incubator is fixed by the bracket arranged on a base, an adjustable bracket is arranged on the bracket, and the upper end of the adjustable bracket is provided with the illumination cultivation light; a porous circular
glass tube is arranged in the medium in the incubator, and the bottom of the porous circular
glass tube is connected with the straight glass tube; the straight glass tube extends out of the bottom rubber plug and is inserted into the nutrients
bottle via the
peristaltic pump; one resin column is used for collecting the glass tube, one end of the glass tube passes through the rubber plug to extend into the
glass wool in the incubator, and the other end is connected with the resin column; the lower end of the resin column is connected with the glass tube, and the other end of the glass tube is inserted into the surge flask; and the collection bottle is connected with the surge flask via the collecting tube. The invention can truly reflect the characteristics of root exudates when plants grow in soil environment in laboratories.
