The invention discloses a flow method for predicting coal roadway outburst through increased-resistance guide continuous drilling and a device thereof, and belongs to a method and a device for predicting the coal roadway outburst. The device consists of a hole sealing device, a flow pipe, a main machine, a coal chip funnel, an electric coal drill, a high-flow speed sensor, a low-flow speed sensor, a displacement sensor, a hand pump, a coal chip discharge pipe, a hemp-flowers drill rod, a positioning baffle plate, a guide device, a double-cone filter cylinder, a material level switch and a push rod. The percolating resistance of the coal chip discharge pipe is increased through the fuel capable of externally adding coal chips; and gas gushing from a drill hole is guided to a flow pipe with lower resistance, so that a computer and a sensor technology are combined to measure the gas gushing quantity and distribution in the drilling process under the condition of adopting the hemp-flowers drill rod to continuously drill a working surface so as to form the method for predicting the coal roadway outburst through continuous drilling. The device has the advantages of simple structure, convenience for use and accurate and reliable test, and is used for judging if a coal roadway generates the outburst in the driving process or how far the working surface of the coal roadway is forwards pushed without generating the outburst.
