The anti-wear nanometer copper lubricating oil is prepared by a method with the following steps of 1, adding a nonionic surfactant into a suspension liquid of nanometer copper anhydrous ethanol, and stirring, so as to obtain a mixed solution A; 2, adding the mixed solution A into basic lubricating oil, treating by ultrasonic waves, centrifuging, and removing precipitate, so as to obtain a mixed solution B; 3, relieving the pressure of the mixed solution B, and distilling, so as to obtain the nanometer copper lubricating oil. The nanometer copper lubricating oil has the advantages that the nanometer copper is uniformly dispersed into the basic lubricating oil under the action of intersolubility between the suspension liquid of nanometer copper anhydrous ethanol and the basic lubricating oil, and the surface tension of the basic lubricating oil is reduced by the nonionic surfactant, so as to block the agglomeration ofnanometer copper particles, and improve the suspension stability of the nanometer copper; while the good lubricating property of the nanometer copper lubricating oil is guaranteed, the anti-wear property of the nanometer copper lubricating oil is greatly improved, the mechanical wear is further repaired, the surface friction coefficient is reduced, and the service cycle of the nanometer copper lubricating oil is extended.
