touchpad fitting alignment
system comprises a rack, a platform with a position to be grabbed, a fitting position and a calibration position, a conveying and locating device, an input mechanism, an output mechanism, a mechanical arm and a calibration and alignment mechanism, the output mechanism is used for outputting a finished fit product, the mechanical arm is used for grabbing aluminum sheets, the calibration and alignment mechanism is used for calibrating the mechanical arm, the platform is horizontally borne by the rack, the conveying and locating device, the input mechanism and the output mechanism all stretch out from the rack, a conveying outlet of the conveying and locating device exactly faces to the position to be grabbed, and a conveying outlet of the input mechanism and a conveying inlet of the output mechanism exactly and respectively face the fitting position. The calibration and alignment mechanism is arranged under the calibration position. The position to be grabbed, the fitting position and the calibration position are separated from one another, and are all located within the coverage range of the projection of the movement trail of the mechanical arm on the platform. The calibration and alignment mechanism is electrically connected with the mechanical arm. According to the
system, the aluminum sheets can be pasted on a
touchpad automatically and precisely in an alignment mode.
