The invention provides a preparation method and an application method of a dummy template molecularly imprinted polymer selectively enriching bisphenol endocrine disruptors. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving dummy template molecules, a crosslinking agent, a functional monomer and an initiator in a pore forming solvent to prepare a pre-polymerization solution, carrying out a polymerization reaction at 50-70DEG C for 24-48h; and grinding a white block polymer generated through the polymerization reaction, sieving, settling to obtain polymer particles with the particle size of 45-63[mu]m, carrying out soxhlet extraction or ultrasonic extraction with methanol/acetic acid and methanol as an extraction solvent, and removing residual template molecules and unreacted substances in order to obtain the dummy template molecularly imprinted polymer. The invention also provides a solid phase extraction filler. The filler is the dummy template molecularly imprinted polymer. The dummy template molecularly imprinted polymer has very strong specific selectivity and enrichment ability to bisphenol F, bisphenol E, bisphenol A, bisphenol B, bisphenol AF, tetrabromobisphenol A and other bisphenol compounds, solves the template bleeding problem during trace analysis, and realizes the rapid, senseitive, accurate and efficient detection of the bisphenol endocrine disruptors in environment, foods and biological samples.

The invention relates to a bisphenol A dummy template molecularly imprinted stir bar and a preparation method thereof. The stir bar is a glass bar containing an iron core, wherein the glass bar is coated by a polymer coating; the polymer coating is a bisphenol A dummy template molecularly imprinted polymer; modified silica microspheres with grain size being 400nm are taken as the carriers for synthesizing the imprinted polymer; and biphenyl diphenol is taken as a dummy template molecule. The bisphenol A dummy template molecularly imprinted polymer is prepared by carrying out surface grafting on the surfaces of silica microspheres with grain size being 400nm with vinyltrimethoxysilane to obtain the modified silica microspheres, then subjecting the modified silica microspheres to react withbiphenyl diphenol, 4-vinyl pyridine, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and azodiisobutyronitrile and using a methanol-glacial acetic acid mixed solution to wash off the template molecule. The stir bar and the preparation method have the following beneficial effect that: SiO2 is taken as the carrier for synthesizing the imprinted polymer, thus greatly adding the number of the effective binding sites and improving the sensitivity.

A kind of molecularly imprinted polymer and its preparation and application

The present invention provides a method for preparing a high-selectivity bisphenol-based substituted template molecular imprinting polymer by adding a sterically-hindered monomer, and uses of the polymer. The preparation method comprises: dissolving a substituted template molecule, a cross-linking agent, a functional monomer, a sterically-hindered monomer and an initiator in a pore forming agent to form a uniform pre-polymerization solution, placing the solution for a certain time at a low temperature, carrying out a polymerization reaction for 20-48 h at a temperature of 50-70 DEG C, grindingthe white block-like polymer produced by the polymerization reaction, screening, settling to obtain polymer particles with a particle size of 38-63 [mu]m, carrying out Soxhlet extraction on the obtained particles by using a methanol / acetic acid mixing solution or methanol as an extractant, and removing the substituted template and the unreacted material from the polymer so as to obtain the molecular imprinting polymer. According to the present invention, by adding the sterically-hindered monomer, the specific selectivity and the enrichment ability of the polymer to the bisphenol-based compound are enhanced while the anti-interference ability of the material to the interferent is improved.
