The application discloses a power supply
system and control method for a security patrol vehicle. The
system includes a main power supply, a
capacitor unit, a converter, a power distribution module and a controller. The controller obtains vehicle
chassis data, load operating state and pre-trigger signals of control components; predicts future
power demand based on the pre-trigger signals, generates a predicted power trajectory; generates a main power supply target power curve accordingly, and calculates
capacitor charging and discharging power instructions; simultaneously, adjusts the pre-
charge voltage of the
capacitor unit in advance according to the expected
energy demand. The application realizes active forward-looking prediction of
power demand by intercepting pre-trigger signals, and adjusts the capacitor
energy storage state in advance, solving the
bus voltage drop problem caused by high-power pulse loads. In addition, the application also proposes a dual-capacitor dynamic master
selection strategy based on a comprehensive availability index and a
frequency domain decoupling cooperative
control mode, improving the
transient response speed, reliability and energy utilization efficiency of the power supply
system.
