The invention discloses a
dynamic pressure intelligent
air bearing which comprises a bearing left end cover, a bearing sleeve, a bearing right end cover, piezoelectric ceramics (PZT), a
pressure sensor, a
vibration sensor, a temperature sensor, a sensor
protection layer, a three-stage amplification mechanism, a
retainer and a top foil. A
pressure sensor and a
vibration sensor are placed in a sensor
protection layer at the bottom end of a three-stage amplification mechanism, a temperature sensor is placed on the back face of top foil, PZT is placed in symmetrical lever arm through grooves, the top foil is made of elastic materials and covers the three-stage amplification mechanism, and the three-stage amplification mechanism is fixed to a bearing sleeve through a
retainer, a bearing left end cover and a bearing right end cover by bolts. A power supply
signal coupling lever mechanism of a PZT is controlled through a sensor
signal to amplify PZT deformation, a top foil is supported through a three-stage amplification mechanism, direct contact between a sensor and a rotating part is avoided, gas
film pressure and vibration signals generated when an
air bearing works are measured through the three-stage amplification mechanism, the
measurement precision is improved, and the bearing characteristics are intelligently controlled.
