In the telescopic and bendable pump truck arm support mechanism, the combination of a telescopic mode and a folding mode is adopted, so that the total number of suspension arms of the arm supports reaches 6 to 8, and working amplitude and working height are greatly increased; and when the telescopic and bendable pump truck arm support mechanism works in a short distance, because the height of a highest point of the arm support is reduced, energy is saved. Moreover, a manual valve is arranged at the extreme end of the material distributing rod, the loss of concrete can be reduced by closing the valve when the material distributing rod is moved.
