The invention relates to a
temperature control valve for controlling the cooling
water flow of an air cylinder of a
piston type compressor. The
temperature control valve comprises a first O-shaped sealing ring, a first cap nut, a
temperature sensing element, a water diverting disc, a valve body, a valve element, a spring, a second cap nut and an adjusting pad. The first cap nut and the second capnut are connected with the two ends of the valve body respectively, the first O-shaped sealing ring is arranged at the joint position of the first cap nut and a joint of an outer pipeline, an inner cavity is formed in the center of a device composed of the first cap nut, the valve body and the second cap nut, currents sequentially pass through the
temperature sensing element, the water diverting disc, the valve element and the spring in the
temperature control valve in sequence and then flow out of the valve body, the
temperature sensing element is connected with the water diverting disc, an ejector rod of the temperature sensing element is sleeved with the valve element, the position of the temperature sensing element is adjusted through the adjusting pad, and the valve element abuts against the spring. The structure is compact, a basic flow opening and a bypass adjusting flow opening are integrated in the valve body, the temperature of water flowing through a valve cavity is automatically adjusted, electronic control and manual operation are not needed, the manufacturing and
operating cost is low, and high practical value is achieved.
