The cement concrete scale cleaning agent is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 2-30% of organic acid, 1-5% of builder, 0.5-5% of penetrant, 0.1-2% of tackifier and the balance of tap water. According to the invention, the dynamic performance of the active power filter is greatly improved under the premise of shortening the reaction time, and the reference current can maximize the suppression of harmonics.
