The invention relates to a precision control system specially for single-side galvanization on steel plate surfaces. The precision control system comprises a base plate. A galvanization operation frame is installed in the middle of the base plate. An adjustment straining mechanism, a coating execution mechanism and a driving leveling mechanism are installed on the galvanization operation frame from front to rear in sequence. Two limiting control mechanisms are installed on the base plate. The two limiting control mechanisms are symmetrically located on the front side and the rear side of the coating execution mechanism respectively.
