processing technology comprises the following steps: S1, taking 100 parts by weight of
polygonum multiflorum, cleaning andmoistening the
polygonum multiflorum,
cutting the polygonum multiflorum into slices with a thickness of 2.5-8 mm,
cutting the slices into strips with a width of 3-8 mm, and
cutting the strips into small square blocks with a length and a width of 3-9 mm for later use; S2, taking 10 parts by weight of black beans, adding 30 parts by weight of water, conducting boiling for 4 hours, conducting
filtration to obtain a filtrate, adding 20 parts by weight of water into filter residues, conducting boiling for 3.5 hours, conducting
filtration, combining the filtrates to obtain black bean juice, and concentrating the black bean juice to 25 parts by weight; S3, adding the polygonum multiflorum small square blocks obtained in the step S1 and 60-70% weight of the black bean juice obtained in the step S2into a stainless steel
medicine moistening
pool, and conducting stirring; S4, spraying the black bean juice remained in the step S2 onto the polygonum multiflorumsmall square blocks, conducting infiltration for 3-5 hours until the black bean juice is completely absorbed by the polygonum multiflorum, and obtaining infiltrated polygonum multiflorum small square blocks; S5, putting the moistened small square blocks of polygonum multiflorum into a cooking device, and adjusting the pressure to change the
boiling point of water in a cooking pot so as to realize multi-temperature cooking in one pot;and S6, after cooking is completed, conducting
drying for 4-6 hours at 70-80 DEG C.
