pile leg with a
pile driving function, which comprises a first
pile, a second pile, a high-pressure water pump, a
nozzle, a
sensor system and a controller. The first pile is internally provided with a
hydraulic cylinder, the output end of the
hydraulic cylinder is connected with the second pile. The high-pressure water pump is installed on the first pile, the high-pressure water pump is provided with a
water flow pipeline, one end of the
water flow pipeline is connected with a suction
nozzle, the suction
nozzle is internally provided with a filter screen, the other end of the
water flow pipeline is connected with the nozzle, and the nozzle is installed on the first pile. A scraper for cleaning the outer wall of the second pile is slidably installed on the second pile, and the bottom of the second pile is provided with a taper head. The
sensor system is used for detecting
seabed soil parameters, and the controller is used for controlling the
hydraulic cylinder and adjusting the water flow pressure of the high-pressure water pump according to the detection parameters of the
sensor system. The high-pressure water pump and the nozzle are used for driving the pile, the pile
insertion resistance is reduced, and the pile
insertion is more smooth. The water flow pressure is adaptively adjusted through the sensor
system and the controller, and different
seabed soil conditions are adapted.
