The invention discloses an apodization FBG (fiber bragg grating) inscribing system and method, and the system comprises an optical platform, an excimer laser, a reflector group, a diaphragm, a beam-expanding cylindrical lens group, an apodization device, a focusing cylindrical lens, a phase mask template, and an optical fiber clamping device. The apodization device is located between the beam-expanding cylindrical lens group and the focusing cylindrical lens, and also comprises an amplitude mask template with a positive template and a negative template, and a lifting drive assembly disposed on the optical platform, wherein the amplitude mask template is disposed at the lifting end of the lifting drive assembly. The optical fiber clamping device comprises two optical fiber clamping tools and two rotating devices which are disposed on the optical platform and drives the two optical fiber clamping tools to rotate around an optical fiber axis synchronously. The method comprises the steps: setting the parameters of the excimer laser, preparing the optical fibers, and inscribing the apodization FBG. The system can be used for preparing different types of apodization FBGs, can eliminate the light-sensing refractive index modulation asymmetry caused by the large core diameter for the inscribing of the large-core-diameter apodization FBGs, and can prepare high-performance large-core-diameter apodization FBGs.

Braking device of wind power generation yaw bearing

The invention relates to a braking device of a wind power generation yaw bearing; a yaw rotary bearing consists of an outer bearing ring and an inner bearing ring; the inner side surface of the lower part of the outer bearing ring is provided with an annular concave bearing braking surface; the lower end surface of the inner bearing ring is provided with more than one fan-shaped brake; two end surfaces of a fan-shaped brake surface part of a brake support are contacted and connected with the left contacting surface and/or the right contacting surface of a brake fan-shaped groove; and a brake lining pad is provided with a fan-shaped convex lining pad braking surface matched with the bearing brake surface. When in braking, damping moment force generates when the lining pad brake surface of the brake lining pad is contacted with the bearing brake surface, and the tangential force generated in the braking process acts on the left contact surface and/or the right contact surface where the brake support is connected with a brake base, so that braking abrasion of the brake lining pad is reduced. In the invention, a plurality of fan-shaped brakes arranged symmetrically are adopted for applying damping moment force on the bearing brake surface so that yaw braking of a wind power generation set can be realized.
