The invention discloses a low-
voltage treatment method for a rural
power grid. In the rural
power grid, four-stage regulating and controlling devices are arranged at the low-
voltage line from a
transformer substation to a supplied user, which sequentially comprise a first-stage on-load
voltage regulation and
transformer substation concentrated compensation device for regulating and controlling the
transformer substation, a second-stage multilevel circuit reactive compensation device for regulating and controlling a medium-voltage line, a third-stage on-load tap changing transformer for regulating and controlling a distribution area, and a fourth-stage low-voltage reactive compensation device for regulating and controlling a low-voltage line, wherein the low-voltage line is connected with a low-voltage monitor; the low-voltage monitor and each-stage regulating and controlling device are connected with a regulating and controlling management main
station through the network or
wireless communication. In the low-voltage treatment method disclosed by the invention, when the low-voltage monitor detects a certain low-voltage
abnormality in the line, the regulating and controlling management main
station regulates and controls the device nearest the fault place according to a sequence from the final state to the advanced voltage of the line; the regulated voltage value is transmitted to the regulating and controlling main
station; the voltage data are compared with the reference value, and if the voltage data meet the standard, the main station monitors again; or, the line gives out an alarm.
