The present application firstly establishes a typhoon occurrence probability model and a typhoon movement speed random generator, generates random samples of typhoon movement speed under given 250hPa and 850hPa height air flow conditions, and simulates typhoon movement trajectory; then establishes a typhoon intensity model to simulate typhoon intensity evolution; based on the randomly generated typhoon path and intensity samples, the basic meteorological parameters of each point of the coastal shoreline are statistically compared with historical data; a typhoon three-dimensional nonlinear boundary layer wind field model is established to simulate typhoon annual extreme wind speed samples, and a typhoon ground surface annual extreme wind speed probability distribution is established. The present application establishes a nonlinear mapping relationship between typhoon movement and intensity change and environmental variables, and reflects the non-Gaussian probability characteristics of typhoon intensity evolution.

This invention discloses a method for retrieving global ocean optical attenuation coefficients based on remote sensing reflectance. It obtains the remote sensing reflectance at any wavelength below the sea surface and the ratios related to inherent optical quantities using satellite-provided remote sensing data. For clear seawater and relatively clear coastal seawater, the QAA_v5 algorithm is used to obtain the absorption and backscattering coefficients at any wavelength; for turbid coastal seawater, the QAA-RGR algorithm is used. Different models for solving the scattering coefficients are used for different sea areas. The global ocean optical attenuation coefficient is obtained by adding the absorption and scattering coefficients. This invention divides the global ocean into regions and provides models for solving the absorption and scattering coefficients for different regions. It can directly calculate the optical attenuation characteristics of different sea areas using satellite-provided data, improving the reliability of solving the optical attenuation coefficient and enabling dynamic monitoring of the variation of the global ocean optical attenuation coefficient.

According to the LGBM-MLP-based regional offshore sea surface temperature inversion method, sea air environment information is fully fused, and environment characteristics of brightness temperature data can be better captured, so that the regional offshore sea surface temperature inversion precision is improved.
