Method for turning eccentric shaft

The invention discloses a method for turning an eccentric shaft. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: a. providing a machining machine tool, a plurality of alternative eccentric cylinder clamps, an elastic cylinder clamp and an eccentric shaft work piece, wherein the eccentric shaft work piece is placed into the eccentric cylinder clamps through an eccentric shaft hole, and the eccentric cylinder clamps can be placed into the elastic cylinder clamp from an opening expanding end of the elastic cylinder clamp; and b. fixing the elastic cylinder clamp on a machine tool clamp head on the machining machine tool to tightly match a tapered surface of the opening expanding end of the elastic cylinder clamp with an inner tapered surface of a corresponding end of the machine tool clamp head, and enable an axis of the elastic cylinder clamp to be concentric with a main shaft of the machining machine tool; placing the eccentric cylinder clamps into the elastic cylinder clamp, wherein the eccentric cylinder clamps and the elastic cylinder clamp are matched in a small interference fit manner; placing the eccentric shaft work piece into the elastic cylinder clamps; and then, machining and operating the eccentric shaft work piece. The method disclosed by the invention is beneficial for replacing the eccentric cylinder clamps with different specifications; and the aim of rapidly and highly-precisely producing eccentric shafts by various machine types in a batch is achieved through rapidly replacing the eccentric cylinder clamps.
