The support is mounted at the front end of the device through a bolt, the support and the cutter rod frame are connected together through the connecting rod, the oil cylinder and the support are hinged to the cutter rod frame, the cutter rods, the rectilinear motion ball support and the compression spring are mounted in the cutter rod frame, the
cam is mounted on the cam shaft through the
elastic cylinder pin, five supporting points are arranged on the cutter rod frame, the self-aligning roller bearings are arranged on the two sides of the cutter rod frame and fixed through the end cover I, a separated type shaft bush is arranged in the cutter rod frame and fixed by the end cover II, and the motor is connected with the cam shaft and then is fixed on the cutter rod frame. When the device works, stretching of the oil cylinder can be adjusted according to the depth of broken ice so that the ground clearance of the cutter rods can be changed, and then the
hydraulic motor is started to drive a cam mechanism to rotate so as to enable the cutter rods to continuously thump the ice surface at
constant speed. The front-arrangement type ice breaking device has the advantages of being lower in price, higher in work efficiency and flexible in operation.
