The invention discloses a magnetic-field forward modeling system for a three-dimensional moving object. The magnetic-field forward modeling system comprises a three-dimensional modeling module used for establishing a three-dimensional model of a magnetic object, a printing and pre-processing module, a printing control module and a magnetic-field forward modeling module. A magnetic-field forward modeling method comprises the following steps of: establishing the three-dimensional model of the three-dimensional moving object through the three-dimensional modeling module, and storing data of the three-dimensional model as an STL file; slicing the three-dimensional model through the printing and pre-processing module, and generating a G-code file; decoding the G-code file through the printing control module, and getting an interpolating point on a printing path; and completing magnetic-field forward modeling by calculating the magnetic-field effect of magnetic dipoles and superposing the effect of each magnetic dipole. According to the magnetic-field forward modeling system and the method disclosed by the invention, operation steps are simple, and time needed for forward modeling and internal storage are independent of complexity of a motion mode and motion.

The preparation method comprises the steps of adopting FeCl3 as a raw material, enabling ethylene glycol to serve as a disperse system, enabling anhydrous sodium acetate to serve as a reducing agent, and utilizing a hydrothermal method to prepare ferroferric oxide magnetic microspheres; then dispersing the ferroferric oxide magnetic microspheres into ethanol / water mixed solution, adding ammonia water and tetraethoxy-silicane, enabling tetraethoxy-silicane to undergo hydrolytic polymerization on the surfaces of the magnetic microspheres, and obtaining an core-shell magnetic material; dispersing the core-shell magnetic material to mixed solution of toluene and N,N-dimethylformamide after drying, adding 2-(4-chloride sulfonyl phenyl)-ethyl trimethoxy silane, and obtaining the magnetic material for surface finish benzene sulfonic acid by a silanization reaction. The magnetic material has rich active groups, can be dispersed stably in solution, is renewable and can be recycled. The magnetic material serves as an adsorbent, is large in surface area and strong in selectivity, weakly alkaline compounds can be adsorbed from a matrix by strong electrostatic interaction of sulfo groups and hydrophobic interaction of a benzene ring, and rapid separation and enrichment can be achieved by simple magnetic field effect.

The method comprises the following steps: mixing 100 parts of eutectic salt solution with a mass concentration of 10-26.4% with 0.1-1.2 parts of magnetic metal nanometer particles or magnetic metal oxide nanometer particles, and then adding 0.2-0.6 parts of surface dispersing agent, and ultrasonically treating for more than 30 minutes, thereby obtaining a suspended low-temperature phase-change cold-storing material of the eutectic salt solution. An electromagnetic coil is uniformly wound on an outer wall around a cold-storing tank; a direct current is introduced; the direction of a generated magnetic field is opposite to the direction of gravity; and the strength of the magnetic field is adjusted by changing the size of a voltage. According to the method provided by the invention, the magnetic nanometer particles and the magnetic field effect are utilized to strengthen the heat-transfer characteristic of the traditional cold-storing material of the eutectic salt solution, the nucleating condensate depression is improved, the crystallizing time is shortened, the cold-storing efficiency is increased, and meanwhile, the volume of a heat exchanger is reduced.

The eddy current retarder device comprises rotor discs, a stator assembly, a transmission shaft and magnetorheological fluid. The stator assembly comprises a bearing sleeve, stator shells and the like and is located in the middle, the two rotor discs are placed in the stator shells on the two sides of the stator assembly respectively, and gaps between the shells and the rotor discs are filled with the magnetorheological fluid. Eight excitation devices are respectively fixed to the inner side shell of the stator shells on the two sides. Through the structure, air gaps between rotors and a stator are replaced by the magnetorheological fluid with high magnetic permeability and low electrical conductivity, and therefore magnetic circuit magnetic resistance is reduced; meanwhile, under the magnetic field effect, the magnetorheological fluid is converted from Newtonian fluid with low viscosity into Bingham fluid with high shear yield stress. In the brake process, the brake torque generated by eddy currents and the brake torque generated by the magnetorheological fluid act at the same time. The eddy current retarder device with the structure has the advantages of being capable of saving energy and electricity, small in coil heating amount, large in brake torque, and good in brake torque controllability and low-speed performance.
