line planning module, and a transport vehicle mark number assignment module. According to the system, a receiving part is used for contacting a ship before the ship arrives at a
shore to obtain a code of the ship, a to-be-unloaded cargo quantity, and a time point; a planning part is used for determining the berth prolonging time of the ship, and a berth is allocated according to traffic convenience; the operation
line planning module is utilized to form the operation line, the operation line serves as an assignment instruction to be sent to an operator of each transportation device, manual
data acquisition and automatic acquisition are not needed in the whole process, a scheme is formulated according to set principles, and the operators only need to determine the scheme, so that the efficiency is higher.
