life management method for aero-engine key component design, which gives basic contents contained in service
life management after engine design is completed and the service life is determined, explains basic activities of service
life management from a design source, and provides
technical support for reliable operation and service
life extension of an engine. According to the technical scheme, service life
declaration comprises a service life
declaration report, a service life management plan report and an
engineering plan summary report, and information of all key parts of an engine should be combined into one service life
declaration report, the related service life management plan report and the related
engineering plan summary report; making a service life management plan after the service life declaration is approved by a bureau, wherein the service life management plan comprises the number of samples to be inspected and a service life zone thereof, a
technical service life inspection scheme, a service life management plan range, a service life updating program,
nondestructive testing specifications and
process control, and application responsibility of the service life management plan; executing the service life management plan after the made service life management plan is approved by the bureau; and life examination or
life extension.
