The invention discloses micro/nano hierarchical porous microspheres as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) preparing a mixed solution of chitin nanofibers and chitosan; (2) preparing a Pickering emulsion; and (3) preparing the micro/nano hierarchical porous microspheres. The preparation method is simple, mild in reactioncondition and low in cost; red blood cells and blood platelets are prevented from entering the microspheres by controlling the pore sizes of the outer surfaces of the prepared microspheres, so that the wound hemostasis time is shortened and wound repair is promoted; the pore walls of the microspheres are connected by chitin nanofibers, so that collagen fiber forms in subcutaneous matrixes in vascular tissues can be simulated; the blood platelets are adhered and activated, so that the acceleration of hemostasis is facilitated, wound surface blood is effectively adsorbed, and the wound surfaceis kept dry; and when the chitosan is in contact with blood, the structure of polycations of the chitosan and the binding force between molecules of the chitosan and cell membranes enable whole bloodto be coagulated, so that the hemostatic process is accelerated, wound infection is inhibited, and cell proliferation is promoted.
