The method includes at least: acquiring historical service requests received within a first time period; and performing the following operations for at least one preset traffic control policy: performing traffic statistics on each flow-controlled service request selected from the historical service requests to obtain the comprehensive transmission traffic of each flow-controlled service request; wherein each flow-controlled service request is a historical service request containing a flow-controlled object indicated by a traffic control policy; and when the comprehensive transmission traffic reaches a traffic threshold indicated by the traffic control policy, receiving target service requests containing the flow-controlled object within a second time period according to the traffic threshold. This avoids cloud object storage service anomalies caused by large data traffic and ensures the stability of the cloud object storage service.
