production line, a loop front-mounted motor intelligent driver used for driving a loop front-mounted motor to run, a loop
position sensor usedfor detecting a loop height
signal, a loop height over-limit sensor set used for monitoring the
overcharge and the overdischarge of the loop, and a man-
machine interaction interface used for controlling the controlling the loop front-mounted motor through the loop front-mounted motor intelligent driver and displaying a current running state and a sound-light
alarm signal. The method mainly comprises the steps of receiving a rotating speed
signal sent by the master command motor and a detection
signal sent by the loop
position sensor by means of the loop front-mounted motor intelligent driver,calculating the given value of the rotating speed of the loop front-mounted motor, and correspondingly adjusting the rotating speed of the loop front-mounted motor. The
system is simple in structure,low in cost, and convenient to realize and maintain. The switching and the automatic
synchronous control of the counterweight type loop
control mode are realized at a small cost.
