The invention relates to a
frequency modulation method of a wind storage
system based on double-layer cooperative control, and provides a two-layer cooperative control scheme for providing
frequency modulation response for a
flywheel energy storage cooperative MPPT operation wind
turbine generator based on a cooperative
control theory by starting from optimization of
frequency response dynamic characteristics of the wind storage
system. The
frequency deviation and the virtual electrical
inertia of the wind
turbine generator are linearly combined to form a
macro variable, and a variable proportion coefficient speed regulation strategy for cooperatively providing frequency support for the wind
turbine generators with different wind speeds is designed. Further, based on the linear combinationof the
frequency deviation, the
energy storage frequency modulation power instruction and the
virtual inertia of the wind turbine generator, a
macro variable is formed, and an additional frequency modulation active adjustment strategy that
flywheel energy storage cooperates with the wind turbine generator to provide frequency support, rapidly recover MPPT operation of the wind turbine generator and avoid frequency secondary disturbance is designed. The method is good in robustness, simple in control structure and easy to implement in
engineering, the frequency modulation
response effect of the wind storage
system on the
power grid can be achieved, and the active adjustment speed requirement of the synchronous generator participating in frequency modulation is lowered.
