The invention discloses a
pitch adjusting
system of a rotation type hydraulic proportional
servo drive motor, relating to the technical field of
wind power generation and aiming to solve the technical problems of high cost and failure rates. The
pitch adjusting
system comprises a wind wheel with paddles, a generator set, a
pitch adjusting controller, a pitch adjusting executing unit and a detecting unit, wherein the pitch adjusting controller is used for controlling the pitch adjusting executing unit to run, the pitch adjusting executing unit is used for controlling the
pitch angle change of the wind wheel, the wind wheel is connected with the generator set and is used for driving the generator set to work, and the detecting unit is used for detecting the
pitch angle of the wind wheel andthe power of the generator set and transmitting feedback signals to the pitch adjusting controller. The pitch adjusting
system is characterized in that the pitch adjusting executing unit comprises a rotation type
hydraulic cylinder and a control loop of the rotation type
hydraulic cylinder; and the rotation type
hydraulic cylinder comprises a cylinder body, end caps at both ends of the cylinder body as well as two
stator and one rotor in the cylinder body, and the paddles of the wind wheel are connected with a rotating shaft of the rotor. The pitch adjusting system provided in the invention has the advantages of low cost and
failure rate and can be started to generate power at any time.
