The invention discloses a
processing method of yellow loosestrife tea. The
processing method of the yellow loosestrife tea includes the steps of A, collecting flowers, removing impurities, spreading for cooling; B, fixing, namely placing the flowers which are spread and cooled in a drum-type continuous fixation
machine for fixation for 3-5 minutes at 200-300 DEG C; C, primarily
drying, namely primarily
drying the flowers of yellow loosestrife in a
drying machine at 50-60 DEG C for 3-5 minutes with 20%-35%
water content controlled; D, deodorizing, namely placing the flowers of yellow loosestrife which are primarily dried in a steamer, and
steaming the flowers with steam for 3-5 minutes; E,
seasoning, namely making 0.1%-1%
aqueous solution of
stevioside, and evenly spraying the
aqueous solution to the deodorized flowers of yellow loosestrife; F, redrying, namely placing the seasoned flowers of yellow loosestrife in the drying
machine, drying the flowers with 50-60 DEG C hot air for 45-60 minutes, and discharging, packaging and sealing to obtain the finished product when
water content is lower than 13%. The
processing method is reasonable in design. The flowers of yellow loosestrife never cake and have few dregs during processing. Operation is simple, and equipment is simple. The processing method is easy to popularize and has evident social and
economic benefits.
