The invention relates to a factorial construction technology for small prefabricated components. Set-shaped steel formworks or wood formworks are adopted mostly for casting in construction sites for traditional small component fabrication, portable vibrators are used for vibration, although produced small components have the qualified strength, most of the small components have coarse appearances, the phenomena of honeycombs, pitted surfaces, edge missing, corner losing and the like are relatively general, the scenery along roads is affected, and the service life of the components are severely impaired. With the technology, small components are prefabricated in a fixed site, set-shaped formworks prepared from high-strength composite plastic are adopted, the standard small components required by engineering are prefabricated through concrete mixing, pouring, vibration, curing and demolding procedures, the high-strength plastic set-shaped formworks are adopted and are prepared from a composite prepared from polystyrene, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) plastic and partial additives through technological processing, female molds are developed firstly according to sizes of the small components, molds are formed through one-time stamping of the female molds, and the wall thickness is 4.5 mm. The invention is applied to the factorial construction technology for the small prefabricated components.
