The invention discloses a preparing method for an interlayer compounding gradient-controllable complex part and a special device and belongs to the technical field of compounding forming of multiple materials. The device comprises a material spreading system, a photo-curing forming system and a control unit. The method includes the steps that firstly, a three-dimensional solid model of a part is sliced and layered through layering software; then the multi-material-box material spreading system is controlled to achieve spreading of single-layer slurry according to a set program; then single-layer curing forming of the slurry on a forming table is achieved through vertical moving of a forming table and illumination of a light source; afterwards, the forming table is lifted so that a curing layer can be separated from a film; and the above operation is repeated to achieve layers of stacking, and finally, interlayer compounding of various photo-curing materials is completed. By means of the preparing method and the special device, a film conveying belt and the multi-material-box material spreading system are adopted, the kinds and numbers of applied photosensitive materials are not limited, and continuous printing of multiple layers and interlayer compounding of various materials can be achieved; the selection kinds of films are multiple, and the cost is low; and the material spreading system is simple in structure, modular production can be achieved, and application and popularization are facilitated.
