The distant and near light integrated vehicle lamp comprises a light source, a projection part and a light shading part, wherein the light shading part is arranged in the manner that the light shading part can rotate or move relative to the light source or the projection part, so that the light shading part is at least provided with a first position and a second position; when the light shading part is located at the first position, part of light emitted from the light source is shaded by the light shading part, and after the light passes through the projection part, an illumination light spot of a near-light lamp is formed; and when the light shading part is located at the second position, the light emitted from the light source is not shaded by the light shading part, and after the light emitted from the light source passes through the projection part, an illumination light spot of a distant-light lamp is formed. According to the vehicle lamp disclosed by the invention, on one hand, the mounting position space of the vehicle lamp is reduced, so that the manufacturing cost is reduced; and on the other hand, frequent start-up and stop of the light source during switching over between conventional distant and near light lamps is avoided, so that the service life of the light source is prolonged.
