This invention relates to a multi-
station assembly device for daily chemical sprayers, belonging to the field of daily chemical product
assembly technology. It includes a main body with a multi-
station component mounted on it. Above the multi-
station component are a pump core pressing structure, a capping structure, and two robotic arms for loading and unloading. The multi-station component drives multiple
workstation slots, each containing an adjustment component and an anti-deviation compensation component below it. The multi-station component drives each
workstation slot to rotate at the bottom of the robotic arms, pump core pressing structure, and capping structure, improving
assembly efficiency. The adjustment components automatically adjust the size and shape of the
workstation slots to accommodate different styles of daily chemical sprayers. This invention is compatible with daily chemical
sprayer products of different heights, diameters, and shapes, and allows for adaptive micro-adjustment of the
sprayer workpiece's coaxiality, improving product yield.
