The invention relates to the field of anti-reflection technology for the surface of glass, and concretely relates to a nanometer core-shell silicon dioxide microsphere and a composite coating solution which is compounded by the nanometer core-shell silicon dioxide microspheres and aluminum silicon sol as well as preparation methods thereof. A cation type polystyrene emulsion is used as a hard template in order to prepare silicon dioxide dispersion liquid with a nanometer core-shell structure, the dispersion liquid and the aluminum silicon sol are compounded in order to prepare the coating solution for an antireflection film, toughening treatment is carried out for the coating solution in order to obtain the antireflection film. The raw materials are easy to obtain, and the antireflection film with a hollow structure is prepared by a simple process; pore spaces are arranged in particles and are not arranged in a silicon dioxide network, so that high light transmittance of the film is guaranteed, the light transmittance reaches 94.5% or above, and the porosity is high; the film has excellent smudginess resisting performance, the antireflection film and a glass substrate can be firmly combined, and the hardness of the film is high; because the surface of the film is compact, the film has good blocking effects for steam erosion, good weatherability, and industrialized application values.

A method of lining tubing within a wellbore comprises applying a polymerisable fluid composition containing a photoinitiator to the interior surface of that tubing and initiating polymerisation of the composition by exposing it to actinic radiation, suitably light or ultraviolet with wavelength 250 to 800 nm. The composition is preferably stable against heat but polymerises quickly when exposed to the actinic radiation. The composition may be spread onto the tubing and exposed to actinic radiation as soon as it has been spread into a layer, suitably with a tool which skims the tubing surface with applicator pads for dispensing and spreading the composition, immediately followed by exposing the spread composition to actinic radiation. A second option is that the composition is provided as a sleeve which is expanded against the tubing, exposure to actinic radiation preferably then being achieved using light guides or light emitting diodes within the sleeve.

The invention provides a multi-electrode single-side submerged arc welding method exhibiting excellent welding operationality and welding quality. By employing the method, welded metal can be prevented from cracking at a tail end portion of a joint, and angular deformation after the welding is prevented. The multi-electrode single-side submerged arc welding method is used for a welding steel plate, wherein the steel plate is provided with guiding boards and is subjected to interrupted or continuous in-plane positioned welding before the arc welding. The method is characterized in that an area, from the position above the tail end by more than 1000mm to the tail end, of the steel plate is welded with the welding speed being lower than 70% of the formal welding speed, and the welding is carried out based on a condition that Q / Q'=0.60-1.30, wherein the total heat absorption capacity of the formal welding is Q(kJ / mm), and the total heat absorption capacity of the welding with the welding speed being lower than 70% of the formal welding speed is Q'(kJ / mm).
