The invention discloses an automatic drainage device for an
ammonia-containing non-condensable
gas pipeline. The automatic drainage device comprises the
ammonia-containing non-condensable
gas pipeline, a water-sealed tank; one end of the liquid guide
pipe is connected to the
ammonia-containing non-condensable
gas pipeline, and the other end of the liquid guide
pipe is inserted below the liquid level of the water-sealed tank; one end of the gas return
pipe is communicated with the top of the ammonia-containing non-condensable gas pipeline, and the other end of the gas return pipe is inserted into the water-sealed tank and positioned above the liquid level in the water-sealed tank; the automatic drainage
system comprises a liquid level detection module and a drainage pump which are connected with each other; the
control system is connected with a drainage pump of the automatic drainage
system; and according to a
signal of the liquid level detection module, starting and stopping of the draining pump execution module are controlled. According to the scheme, by arranging the liquid guide pipe,
ammonia gas is effectively prevented from escaping from the water-sealed tank to the external environment,
air pollution and potential safety hazards caused by leakage of the
ammonia gas are prevented, by arranging the gas
backflow pipe, cyclic utilization of the
ammonia gas is achieved,
pressure balance in the
system can be maintained, and normal operation of an ammonia-containing non-condensable gas pipeline is further guaranteed.
