The continuity of the grounding circuit is guaranteed during the changing process of the grounding current at the whole central point from small to large, the complex controlling circuit and the thyristor element are avoided, no risk of the stopping direct component is guaranteed by a built-in auto bypass, the structure parameter of the prior electric network is not changed, and simultaneously, the direct current component can be completely partitioned during the normal operation.

A road information receiving system and receiving method

Provided is a road information receiving system, comprising a control and directing unit having road information and traffic light status data, and further comprising a road information transmission unit, a vehicle movement direction determination unit, and a vehicle on-board unit, the vehicle on-board unit comprising an information receiving device, a processor, a vehicle direction positioning device, and an output device. The traffic light status at an intersection is transmitted outward or sent by means of a road information server unit; the information receiving device receives the information; the vehicle direction positioning device determines the number of the intersection where the vehicle is; the processor selects the status of the traffic light of the matching direction from a traffic light status signal according to the number of the intersection, and transmits by means of the output device the status to a driver as reference regarding the intersection. When a large vehicle in front blocks the view, or when a driver has color blindness or color deficiency, the driver can accurately receive image or voice alerts via the output device, so that the vehicle can safely and rapidly go through the intersection or stop in time according to the traffic light status.
