The invention relates to a method for producing a
zinc-containing compound through a
zinc-containing raw ore. The method comprises the steps of extraction, optional purification,
precipitation, optional rinsing,
calcium zincate synthesis and
drying calcinations. According to the method, wet leaching and a synthesis process are combined, thus economic and environment-friendly utilization of the ultra-low-grade
zinc ore is achieved, the application range is wide,
ammonia distilling is not needed, the easy, convenient and feasible effects are achieved, and
energy consumption of the process is greatly reduced; the problems in various aspects such as
water treatment pressure, high-temperature and high-pressure safety hidden dangers and equipment
corrosion caused by
ammonia distilling can further be avoided; the encountered problem of environment protection due to the fact that in the
ammonia circulation process, steam brings surplus water in and consequently balance of process water is affected is solved, the problems of process
recovery rate and fine grade are solved,
pollution is small, and auxiliary materials can be recycled; and
calcium zincate synthesis under the zinc ammonia environment is achieved for the first time.
