flame-retardant tea fragrance board and a manufacturing process thereof. The
formaldehyde-free
flame-retardant tea
aroma plate is prepared by fully dispersing 143-150 parts of
tea leaf residues, 4-7 parts of an inorganic glue reinforcing agent and 4-8 parts of an
epoxy reinforcing agent in a MgO-MgCl2-MgSO4-H2O gelatinization
system, and carrying out prepressing,
hot pressing and maintenance. According to the
formaldehyde-free
flame-retardant tea
aroma plate,
tea leaf residues serve as a
plant fiber source, a reinforcing agent containing
epoxy groups serves as an auxiliary component, and the
tea leaf residues and the reinforcing agent are subjected to a ring-opening
condensation reaction in an alkaline gelling
system under the hot-pressing condition to form a three-dimensional cross-linked
network structure which is embedded into a gelling
system matrix; the
interface bonding force between the tea leaf residues and other components is enhanced, and the
water resistance and the
mechanical property of the board are improved. In addition, the use of the tea leaf residues also improves the flame retardance of the board. The preparation process is simple, a large amount of tea residues can be utilized,
resource utilization of the tea residues is promoted, comprehensive utilization of the tea residues is widened, and the additional value of the tea residues is increased.
