The invention belongs to the technical field of
boiler furnace temperature
field monitoring, and particularly relates to a
boiler furnace three-dimensional temperature
field monitoring method integrating physical measurement and online
simulation, which comprises the following steps: S0, acquiring
sound wave temperature measurement data and DCS data; the method comprises the following steps: S1, constructing a CFD high-precision mechanism model of
hearth combustion reaction flow; s2, performing
simulation calculation by using the model in the S1 to obtain basic characteristic data of the
hearth temperature field; s3, combining the basic characteristic data in the S2 with the data in the S0 to construct a sample
data set; s4, constructing an online real-
time model based on the sample
data set; s5, dynamic information of the three-dimensional temperature field of the
hearth is obtained through calculation based on the online real-
time model; and S6, monitoring a model
calculation error in the step S4 in combination with
sound wave temperature measurement data, and correcting and updating the model when the error exceeds a set threshold value. According to the method, a small number of
sound wave temperature measuring points are combined, an online real-
time model capable of accurately reflecting
combustion dynamic characteristics and giving consideration to real-time performance is constructed, and real-time monitoring of the three-dimensional temperature field in the furnace is achieved.
