The invention discloses an anti-saturation reactor, and belongs to the technical field of reactors. An annular
magnetic core structure is adopted, the
magnetic core is made of a soft magnetic material and is provided with a closed or non-closed
magnetic circuit, continuous or quasi-continuous magnetic performance gradient distribution is formed on at least one dimension of a
magnetic circuit path, and the gradient shows that a material corresponding to an area with
high magnetic field intensity has higher anti-saturation capacity; and the anti-saturation capability is relatively weak in a region with relatively
low magnetic field intensity. According to the scheme, the problems of complex process, serious flux leakage, insufficient anti-saturation capability, high high-frequency loss and the like caused by the fact that a traditional electric reactor depends on air gaps or dissimilar material splicing are solved. The
magnetic circuit design is simplified through integrated forming, the air gap defect is eliminated, the anti-saturation capacity and the
energy storage efficiency are remarkably improved, the gradient magnetic performance is naturally matched with
magnetic field distribution, the local saturation risk is reduced, splicing is avoided, the
mechanical reliability is improved, the cost is controllable and the performance is stable due to high-
automation preparation, and the requirements for high magnetic
conductivity and anti-saturation are met.
